CONTEST RULES

Use good judgment and keep it clean. If you want to film staff or other customers, make sure to ask for their permission first.
Library tablets may be available to use if you don’t have your own device.
NOTE: Instagram users with private profiles will not be able to submit.
Contestants must be from 13 to 18 years old on any day of the contest (March 1 - 31, 2015).
Prizes awarded are: 1^st prize $200 Best Buy gift card, 2 runners-up $100 Best Buy gift card each
Winners will be chosen by a panel of FVRL staff within two weeks following the contest deadline. Judging will be based on creativity, technical quality, and overall appeal.
Winners will be notified via Instagram and they may collect their prizes by presenting identification at their nearest FVRL location.
Winning videos (and other videos submitted) may be published on FVRL’s website, Facebook pages or Tumblr account. Videos may be used by FVRL for marketing purposes. Videos may also be screened in FVRL libraries.
FVRL staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.
